What’s your average delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is3–7 business daysfor domestic orders and 7–14 business daysfor international orders. Handmade wigs, pre-orders or custom orders may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 daysof delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and skincare tools can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
